Summary: I was really disappointed with my experience at this resort. For a place that claims to be all-inclusive, there was absolutely no working Wi-Fi available. Even when we tried to pay for it, it was expensive and still didn’t work properly which made things incredibly frustrating. On top of that, the staff constantly pressured us to upgrade to a “premium package” and even forced us to sit through a one hour tour of the premium villas, which felt like a sales pitch more than anything else. The room was nice though. Overall, I expected much better for the price
